Company Introduction
Qinlin Technology is a company focused on smart communities. It was established in 2015 and mainly does two things: community marketing and smart community services. In simple terms, it uses technology to make communities safer, more convenient, and smarter while also helping businesses run advertisements within these communities.
Development Milestones
In 2015, the Qinlin Door-Opening APP was launched, and the company completed its angel round of financing.

Community Unit Door Access Voice Light Boxes: With a size of 330×558mm, these support various intelligent access methods like facial recognition, can attract residents' attention at close range, and offer 24-hour video and audio dual exposure.
Site Selection Services
Qinlin Technology offers digital site selection services to help clients quickly find suitable communities for advertising. The specific methods include:
POI Site Selection: Selecting community resources around points of interest and quickly locking in target communities through a visual map.
Community Label Site Selection: Selecting based on community labels such as business districts, number of households, housing prices, and building information.
Import Site Selection: Clients can import target communities into the system for matching.
Allocation Function: Automatically selecting suitable communities, buildings, and units based on client requirements.

Qinlin's community access media has the highest coverage in the country. It covers a large number of communities through both community main gate and unit door access advertising.
Target Audience Profile
Residents in Qinlin communities are mostly highly educated, high-income, and have stable careers. Their average household monthly income is 20,831 yuan, and their average individual monthly income is 10,574 yuan. 61% are married with children, and 67% are white-collar workers or civil servants. These residents belong to the upper-middle-income group of urban residents nationwide and are the core consumer group in cities.
